Free Returns Within the US

We’re pleased to offer free returns for our customers within the United States, 14 days after you receive your product. Just follow these easy steps:

1. Contact Us:

   Reach out to our friendly customer support team at support@awareness-avenue.com. Include your order number and the reason for your return. We’ll send you a pre-paid return label.

2. Prepare Your Return:

   Pack the items securely in the original packaging (if possible). Be sure to include any paperwork, parts, and accessories.

3. Attach the Pre-Paid Label:

   Print the pre-paid return label and attach it securely to your package.

4. Ship Your Return:

   Drop off the package at your nearest USPS location, or schedule a pickup at your convenience.

Fast and Simple Refunds

Once we receive your returned items, we’ll process your refund within 3-5 business days (Initial shipping cost will not be refunded). You’ll receive an email confirmation when the refund is issued. Please note that processing times may vary based on your bank’s policies.

Made-to-Order Items Returns Policy

Processing Time:

All of our rings are custom-made with care. Please allow 15-20 business days for crafting and processing.

Shipping Options:

• Standard Shipping (Free): Once crafted, your ring will arrive within 7-10 business days at no extra cost.
• Express Shipping ($35): For faster delivery, opt for express shipping (2-4 business days).

Order Cancellations:

Due to the personalized nature of made-to-order items, cancellations are only allowed within 24 hours of placing the order. After this period, the crafting process begins and changes cannot be made.

Lifetime Warranty & Exchange:

We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. All made-to-order rings are covered by our Lifetime Exchange Warranty, protecting against manufacturing defects. However, damage resulting from improper use is not covered.

Returns:

Since each piece is crafted specifically for you, returns are not accepted.

Defective Products:

If you receive a defective item, we’ll replace it immediately to ensure you receive the flawless product you deserve.

Ring Resizing:

If your ring size isn’t perfect, we’ll cover the resizing cost at your local jeweler to ensure a flawless fit.

Final Sale Items:

All custom-made, custom-engraved, or any custom items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. Defective items can be replaced for free within 14 days of receipt.
